Chef Laurent Hollaender has been promoted to executive chef of the Boheme restaurant at the Grand Bohemian Hotel in Orlando. The resort is part of the Kessler Collection of boutique hotels.
With more than 30 years in the culinary field and hospitality industry, Hollaender has worked at Hotel Lombardy and La Colline Restaurant, both in Washington D.C.; and L'Actuel restaurant in New York City.
