Clarito Macalalad, owner/operator of Orlando’s Curbside Chef, was selected fan favorite food truck at the "Healthy Food Truck Rally" at the Health & Wellness Center at Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel grand opening on Sunday Jan. 6. More than 5,000 people attended the event, and of them more than 400 sampled food from Curbside Chef – making him the winner based on the number of portions purchased during the 3-hour celebration. Curbside Chef offered dim sum with edamame, Napa Valley goat cheese ravioli, Filipino style chicken, Curbside tacos, Middle Eastern falafel.
