Orlando chocolatier creates life-size sculpture of 'The Talk' co-host Sheryl Underwood Nov 7th 2013, 15:52, by By Heather McPherson, Food Editor The Chocolate Genius, Paul Joachim, and Orlando culinary talent, created a life size chocolate sculpture for CBS' The Talk host Sheryl Underwood in celebration of her 50th birthday. Using 130 pounds of artisan Davis Chocolate, Joachim sculpted Underwood for more than 18 hours over the course of two days. The chocolate sculpture was presented to Underwood on air.
