Central Florida Regional Hospital's Iron Heart Cook Off yields healthful recipes Oct 25th 2013, 18:44, by By Heather McPherson, Food Editor Central Florida Regional Hospital’s Heart Institute is 5th annual Iron Heart Cook Off took place Oct. 18 at The Westin Lake Mary. The winning chef was Dr. William David, of The Cardiovascular Center, P.A., His “sous chef” was his wife, Jennifer. During the contest, three heart doctors from the Institute battled it out to prepare heart-healthy dishes for judging. All donations and proceeds benefiedt the American Heart Association.
