The more the merrier in the Orlando Sentinel test kitchen! That’s why we have teamed with the fabulous folks over at Orlando’s WOMX Mix 105.1 to offer the morning show’s Recipe of the Week. Today's recipe is Chicken Paillards with Porcini-Cider Sauce. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts don't have to be boring for a weeknight dinner -- they can even be a bit exotic. Reconstitute some dried porcini mushrooms while you prepare the chicken and then turn them into a flavorful sauce. Serve with green beans (steam or boil them while chicken cooks) and crusty bread.
