The more the merrier in the Orlando Sentinel test kitchen! That’s why we have teamed with the fabulous folks over at Orlando’s WOMX Mix 105.1 to offer the morning show’s Recipe of the Week. Today's recipe is Border Grill Alaska Salmon Tacos With Corn Relish. When roasting fresh chilies, keep turning so the skin is evenly charred. Transfer chilies to a plastic bag and let steam about 10-15 minutes. Pull off the charred skin and dip briefly in water to remove any blackened bits. Do not peel chilies under running water because that will wash away flavorful juices. Once peeled, cut away stems, seeds, and veins.
