Lake Mary's 'Fresh on the Fly' closes July 30; sister eatery '27 Fathoms' poised for renovation Jul 12th 2013, 14:26, by By Heather McPherson, Food Editor Fresh on the Fly at 1210 S. International Parkway in Lake Mary has been sold and will serve its last meals July 30. Employees were told about the sale this week. The Fresh menu, which specialized in wild-caught seafood and locally grown sustainable ingredients, is being adapted to the owners' other restaurant 27 Fathoms in the Port Orange Pavilion.  Media files: 16x9
