Cheng Kam Fu, Tsang Chiu Lit (a.k.a. Mango Tsang) and Mak Kwai Pui, three of Hong Kong’s best-regarded chefs, had finished their dim sum at Sea Harbour restaurant. They wanted to taste roast meats.
