Dunkin' Donuts is testing gluten-free cinnamon sugar donuts and blueberry muffins in select markets with plans to add the items to the menu by the end of this year. This is good news for those who live with gluten intolerance or sensitivity. And gluten-related food allergies, such as celiac disease, an autoimmune digestive disease that damages the small intestine and interferes with absorption of nutrients from food.
