Local restaurants rank tops in service Mar 6th 2013, 17:13 Chef Norman Van Aken at Norman's at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando Central Florida has three winners in OpenTable.com's Diner's Choice Awards for the Top 100 Best Restaurants for Service: Norman's at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, Ruth's Chris Steak House in Lake Mary and The Cellar Restaurant in Daytona Beach. Other Florida winners include NAOE in Miami, which was No. 3; Arabellas Italian Ristorante in Winter Haven; Café Baci in Sarasota; The Grill at the Ritz-Carlton in Naples; and Salt: The Grill at the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island. Kai at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort in Chandler, Ariz., came in at No. 1 and The French Laundry in Yountville, Calif., was second. These awards reflect the opinions of more than 5 million reviews for more than 15,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
