
Celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse
The March 10 Emeril's Florida show is called 'Big Night Out and features celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse at Victoria & Albert’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa with chef Scott Hunnel. Then Emeril heads to St. Petersburg for a visit to The Maritana Grille. There chef Kenny Hunsberger cooks a creative fish dish. Next Emeril heads to the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, where he and chef David Hackett sample a variety of French-American delicacies that hotel’s restaurant is renowned for. For his last stop on this episdeo, Emeril heads to The Breakers in Palm Beach to sample seafood with chef Anthony Sicignano. The show airs Sunday, March 10, at 10:30 a.m. on the Cooking Channel, and again on Monday, March 11, at 9:30 a.m.
