Guests visiting RanGetsu starting March 1st will encounter new flavors and savory creations as the restaurant introduces a new menu. The chef specials will be unveiled each month in addition to the sushi, robata and nabe selections that have made the restaurant so popular. RanGetsu's top chefs have created unique dishes that combine traditional Japanese ingredients and American dishes. The restaurant has added dishes that boast flavors of Japan with a twist.
In addition to the updated menu, RanGetsu will be launching new hours of operation. The restaurant will be open for dinner (first and last seatings) from 5-9 pm on Sunday, 5-10 pm Monday through Thursday and 5-10:30 pm Friday and Saturday, with daily happy hour from 5-7 pm.
The restaurant will close for lunch with the exception of pre-ordered catering and private parties.
In June 2011, RanGetsu celebrated its 65th anniversary of operations in the heart of the Ginza district of Tokyo Japan where it began in 1947 as a family operation founded by Masanori Konaka.
