Tijuana Flats opening 90th location near UCF Feb. 4 Jan 24th 2013, 23:04 The mural at the new Tijuana Flats Tijuana Flats, famous for its fresh Tex-Mex food and unique ambiance, will open its 90th location Feb. 4 at 11551 University Blvd. near UCF. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant will accommodate 130 guests. The new restaurant’s wall mural, a Tijuana Flats signature, portrays a group of college-age monsters partying in Orlando as they're approached by a knight in gold armor.
